Your clinic and Ekco Health
Your clinic directs the use of your health information and remains responsible for your care. Ekco Health handles information on the clinic's behalf under a Business Associate Agreement.
Encryption
We use encryption and other safeguards to protect information. Electronic messages may be visible on a recipient device or subject to risks during delivery. See Messaging Terms.
Retention and choices
We retain and dispose of information under our agreement with your clinic and applicable law. Contact your clinic to exercise privacy choices or ask about your information.
