Questions clinics ask first.

How does the 30-day Practice trial work?
You enroll real patients on schedules. Full product, BAA when you sign up. No credit card required to start. At the end of 30 days we size your Practice quote from patients ekco engaged with that month.
Can my team try the patient experience first?
Yes. Clinicians and staff can run ekco on themselves (same check-ins and refill nudges) before you enroll patients. That is optional. It is not a pricing plan and it does not replace the Practice trial.
What counts as an active patient?
Anyone who got at least one scheduled text from us that month. Someone sitting in your EHR with no text schedule does not count. We do not bill your whole database.
What drives the quote?
A monthly platform fee plus a per-patient rate for everyone we texted that month. More patients on schedules means a lower per-patient rate. Every contract has a monthly cap. No seat fees.
Do larger clinics pay less per patient?
Yes. Higher schedule volume lowers the per-patient rate. Multi-site groups get an extra volume discount when ekco rolls out across locations.
Who handles exceptions and replies?
Clinicians keep clinical judgment: MD, DO, NP, PA, or ND. Coordinators and front desk handle replies and exceptions in the clinic app with no per-login fee.
Can I get an annual contract?
Yes. Most clinics lock annual terms after go-live, once you have a month of real usage to size the quote. Multi-site groups get custom MSAs on Ekco Health Ltd. letterhead.
