Your clinicians keep clinical judgment. ekco sends routine check-ins and reorder texts for your clinic. Some everyday conversational texts are drafted by an AI model that Ekco operates on its own systems and checked automatically before sending, and safety, consent, refill, dosing and plan messages use fixed wording. Anything that needs a person goes to your staff. No third-party AI provider receives patient information.
Does ekco diagnose or give medical advice by text?
